Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time Standard shipping typically arrives within 2-5 business days depending on your location. Express shipping arrives within 1-2 business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Delays While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur. We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been handed off.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us at contact@datenup.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll do our best to make it right.
